What is Ontime?
It's the UK's most advanced app for train times and service information. It allows you to view live train times and platform information at UK railway stations. With a variety of train types, including all major train operators and the National Rail network, you can find a schedule that work for you, whether it's for a quick commute or for a longer journey.
How does it work?
First, download the app and register for an account.
Second, pick a station. You can pick the station you're currently at, or pick a station you're going to later on in the journey.
With this app, you can view your train status, platform, and carriages number. You will also be able to see why trips were delayed.
